1. Right click your chosen social media post, save it and upload it to your socials, newsletter and website.
2. Click on your chosen social media post, use Canva to add your logo where indicated (you can delete the black box). Then download the social media post as a PNG or JPEG and upload it to your socials, newsletter and website.

Why Language Around Menstruation Matters

At Period Pin, we use gender-inclusive language to talk about periods to promote inclusivity, respect, understanding, and create a welcoming environment for everyone who menstruates.

Using gender-inclusive language acknowledges that not only cisgender women and girls menstruate, but also some transgender men and nonbinary individuals.
